They are not made by, affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or any of its affiliates. This is not an official Discord product, service or promotion, and nothing here should be read as a statement by or on behalf of Discord Inc.

Fiction and cartoon violence

The game is slapstick comedy. The character in it is a fictional cartoon ragdoll, and everything that happens to it is exaggerated, unrealistic and meant as humor.

• It does not depict, promote, glorify or encourage violence, cruelty or abuse toward any real person, animal or group.
• Nothing in the game is an instruction or a suggestion to do anything in real life.
• The optional gore effect is cartoon-styled and can be switched off with the Gore button inside the game.

The game is not aimed at young children. If you are a parent or guardian, please decide for yourself whether it is appropriate. If you find this kind of content upsetting, please do not play.

Open-source credit

The game is based on the open-source project wumpus-torture-simulator by winchxyz, used under the MIT License. The copyright notice and license text are kept with the game files at /game/LICENSE.

This site hosts a copy of that project with some changes of our own. It is not operated by the original author, who is not responsible for this site or for our changes.

No warranty

The site and the game are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the game.

Flashing effects, fast motion and sound are part of the game. If you are sensitive to these, play with care or not at all.
